It has some staining but otherwise is in Fine condition I think,  The 1923 $1 Silver Certificate, like all U.S. currency printed before 1928, was the last "Horseblanket" sized bill of its kind to be issued. Nearly one third larger  All 1928 silver certificate star notes feature a portrait of George Washington at center and a blue seal on the left hand side of the note.
