I have setup our employee in Office 365 Business Exchange so that each employee has a manager (Recipients > Mailbox > %user% > Organization > Manager).I'd like to utilize this feature to build an org chart but I haven't been able to figure out how this is possible. Do you want to pull the details of Office 365 user's details like FirstName, LastName, EmailID.Department etc ? You can export the mailbox user list as a CSV file with details. Visio automatically generate an Organisational chart from existing data source available in Excel sheet. Probably you open the CSV file in MS Excel and save it as XLS.
